Powder eyeshadow, intensely pigmented to achieve a soft glow or a striking, bright, dramatic effect.
Dry Application: Put a little on the lid of your container, swirl your brush around to pick up the color, then tap off any excess. Pat onto your lid until it's fully covered, then blend softly - This method produces a shimmery, subtle color. The color can be layered using a good quality flat angled eyeshadow brush. The main advantage of using it dry is that mixing other colors is much easier.
Wet application: Wet your brush and then soak up any excess water with some kitchen roll. Put some on the lid of your container, load the brush and remove any excess. Swipe over the lid - This method produces a more intense color, higher coverage, higher adhesion and is much cleaner.
