Way of use:

It is recommended to use sunscreen outside at all times, and especially in summer or when the UV index is very high. Sunscreen should be applied about 15-20 minutes before going out in the sun, and the general rule of thumb is to use a handful of sunscreen to cover the entire body. This principle applies to both adults and children. It is important to reapply sunscreen, especially after bathing, showering or sweating. It is recommended that you apply sunscreen every 2 hours or so, depending on your skin type, the time of day, and whether you are sunbathing or in the shade. A "water resistant" sunscreen will allow you to shower for 2x20 minutes without the protection fading, but after that time you will need to reapply the sunscreen to remain protected.
